नए शुरू किए गए mechanism के अनुसार, घरेलू saudi workers\’ कफील (Sponsor) को तभी स्थानांतरित किया जाएगा जब वर्तमान कफील (Sponsor) स्थानांतरण के लिए सहमत हो। नए कफील (Sponsor) को Absher Individual (Absher Afrad) के माध्यम से घरेलू कामगार की मंजूरी के लिए इंतजार करना होगा, और मंजूरी पूरी होने के बाद कार्यकर्ता कफाला को नए कफील (Sponsor) को स्थानांतरित कर दिया जाएगा।
