Investment management और advisory firm Jadwa Investment ने सऊदी अरब की Healthcare Company Al Meswak में अपनी अधिकांश हिस्सेदारी United Arab Emirates स्थित Gulf Islamic Investments (GII) को बेच दी है।
$530 million से अधिक मूल्य का, Al Meswak Saudi Arabia में सबसे बड़ा dental care और dermatology service provider है, जिसके पोर्टफोलियो में 20 शहरों में 80 से अधिक क्लीनिक हैं।
कंपनी ने एक बयान में कहा, यह Sales Jadwa Investment की सातवीं निजी इक्विटी से बाहर निकलने का प्रतीक है और 6.5 billion riyals to customers (1.7 अरब डॉलर) में कुल निजी इक्विटी वितरण लाती है।
Mohammed Al Hassan, Co-CEO और Co-Founder of GII ने कहा कि कंपनी “वर्तमान में कई अन्य अवसरों का मूल्यांकन कर रही है” और अगले दो से तीन वर्षों के भीतर Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) में al meswak को सूचीबद्ध करने की दिशा में काम करेगी।
